
“Night Life” shows star shapes transforming through positive and negative space in the night sky. The moon’s position and presentation over the Utah mountain skyline align with the spring equinox. A “C” is carved into a mountain, mirroring a community-created landmark on a nearby peak.



This piece was commissioned for the Arts, Parks & the Utah Skies project by Salt Lake County and can be seen at the Pleasant Green Park in Magna, Utah.

This piece is 125 inches by 72 inches and created from laser-cut Corten steel. It was installed in 2022.
